So when running a team of 120 agents our biggest challenge was how do we automate manual processes like new agent onboarding. How do we get our agents engaged? Um, how do we provide actionable training and coaching to our agents? And more importantly, how do we then hold them accountable? And finally, the final challenge was retention. So how do we retain our top producers? I think retention is the name, new name of the game. I think retention is the new recruitment. Retaining your top producers should be every uh team leader and every broker's top priority. 

So with this, we started building this first ever real estate productivity platform for teams and brokerages. In the next five minutes, I will show you how it works and then you can uh reply back to me with any questions. So as a very first step, we would build your very own custom branded app for your agents. It is 100% white labeled with your team name, your logo, your branding colors, so it feels like your app. 

And inside of this app, there are multiple things going on uh from, you know, engagement to onboarding and coaching and uh accountability. But let's just go step by step. So uh the this app is for your agents, so agents would be using the app. But then the second part of the platform is The Brokerage dashboard. This is for you. This is for you to control the content within the app. 

So you can see there are four main pillars exactly what I've just talked about: engagement, training, accountability, recognition, SL retention. So let's just go one by one. Engagement, since we now have your very own um app inside every agent's phone, this gives you unprecedented uh ability to uh reach your agents using push notification. So this is a million times better than just sending an email. You can track uh um who received the message, who didn't receive the message. 

Uh, you can send out any form of communication. You can also see who installed the app, who has their notifications on, who have their notifications off, and so on and so forth. So this solves the engagement part of the uh challenge. 

Uh, moving on to training, so like I said, our biggest challenge was reduce uh the

Time we spent on onboarding agents without even knowing if they're going to stick around or decide that real estate career is not for them in two weeks time. So this was the biggest problem uh for us. Uh and we thought well how about we we do this when agent joins in they download the app and then they complete the onboarding process using the app without us even having to get involved. 

So you can see the onboarding course and there are multiple activities in here like hey watch this onboarding video or um here is your MLS access or go and take a professional photography with uh this photographer or here is your U KV core training. So whatever your onboarding process looks like you can recreate your own boarding process inside agent and hence autopilot uh onboarding process completely. 

So completely delegated to the app. Uh the best part you can right here on the right hand side you can see you can track uh uh completion rate. So you can see who completed the onboarding who's still in progress and who's uh struggling. So that gives you this 100% visibility into your agent's um uh execution. 

And obviously apart from just onboarding you can create any type of uh agent training whether it's uh sales training suggestion to share AI Agent Store with colleagues marketing training offboarding. So whatever you want to automate you can just once create this uh training inside the platform and then um assign uh training to your agents and track completion which is pretty amazing. 

Uh but this is not even the most exciting part of the training in my opinion. The most exciting uh part of the uh you know training was the coaching challenges. So every single week we wanted to have ability to make our agents focus on a specific Business Development activity. 

Like for example this week I want them to add 10 contacts to their CRM. The week after I want them run CMA for five people. The week after I want them to set free seller appointments host two open houses ask 10 people to be their agent and and so so on and so forth. 

So you can pre-program what's called weekly coaching challenges and that's how your agents would see this. So uh they would get on Monday morning they get this.

Push notification saying hey the new coaching challenge just started. Ask 10 people to be their agent. If they accept, they then get in instructions on how to complete this challenge. Like hey uh here are the people you can talk to for example your sphere. Uh and this is what you can say and this is how you then follow up and so forth and so on and so forth. 

So they would have some instructions. They would have some guidance on how to approach this challenge. They can then share AI Agent Store with colleagues as completed, enter their score, and again you have visibility into who's executing and who's not. You can see that uh there is a little leaderboard that shows me how my agents performed. 

Uh and I can um um I can then evaluate. So I can then recognize uh the the the top performers. I can then uh provide some extra motivation to underperformers. And if you go inside the challenge, you can see that we already have uh a number of coaching challenges uh pre-built for you. 

So the platform comes with the pre-built coaching content in it. Uh every month we uh we're adding more and more coaching challenges. But I strongly encourage every team leader and broker to add your own content to the platform since only you know how your team operates and only you know what are the best prospecting activities in this market right now. 

So you can you can create your custom training specifying you know instructions. Uh you would then set a a a Monday morning uh invitation to start a challenge and the platform would then track if the agent haven't started the challenge. Then there's going to be a midweek reminder sent on Wednesday to say hey I can see you haven't started the challenge. 

Um make sure you do this. This is very uh this is very good for um increasing your business funnel. Um so that's how it works. You can pre-program your coaching multiple weeks and months ahead and agent would just run it for you on autopilot. 

So all you have to do is regularly check your agent's performance. Uh moving on to the next part um is accountability. So coaching is nothing without accountability. In our team, we can see a strong correlation between agents being accountable.

And agents producing uh significant uh volume in transactions. So um every week on Friday your agents receive a push notification. It's time to submit your accountability report. Accountability report sounds really complicated but in reality it's your opportunity to ask your agents specific questions. Like hey how many leads did you have this week? How many appointments did you go on? How many clients on the contract do you have? Uh uh how many close transaction? What was the volume? How many hours did you work? 

So whatever metrics you track within your team, whatever KPIs are critical for your business, you can set this as your weekly accountability question. So all your agents need to do uh is simply reply with a couple of numbers and you this will be obviously your hat shot and your name. So it will feel like there is a chat uh almost like a chat bot like communication. Super simple takes 30 seconds and again this then is displayed on your broker dashboard. 

So you can see the agent who have submitted their accountability reports and what their scores look like. And you can also see agents who have not submitted their accountability report. To me this is just as vital piece of information as the accountability reports themselves. Because when agent come to me and says I need more leads um I don't have any uh pipeline, I can then go back here and see oh I can see that the last five weeks there were no accountability reports submitted. 

And I can also see you skipped all my coaching uh challenges. How about we start with you uh following uh those uh the guidance and training I provide you? We see how this will impact your performance and you whether you can you know reach more buyers and sellers using the training that I provide. So this gives you a lot of uh visibility. This gives you like this simply put you're going to figure out who's executing and who's not. 

And this is it's hard to overestimate the importance of that. Uh moving on uh so now you submitted your accountability reports and obviously there is a uh what's called an entire agent roster. So you can see all your agents their engagement score their.

Coaching score their production score their annual goal so the goal they set for themselves. Um and then where they are on on that. Uh you know on that track towards that goal you can see their current business sentiment and the overall business score. So you can do even like a deep dive in every agent. 

So if you click on the agent you can then see what activities have they completed. Uh their engagement score. Uh their production volume production score and their overall kind of like health and happiness within your team or brokerage which again is is is. Um super vital because you can act proactively based on this data rather than you know. Um start talking to agents when they submit a. Uh a notice saying they're leaving or something like that. 

Uh so that's. Uh that's the fourth part and I think the most important one. Uh so the recognition. Uh agent would automatically show you. Uh the stuff that is happening within your team like hey this agent has just closed a transaction. Like and it will offer you to create like a social media post. 

Uh something like Sarah congrats on another closing or Jennifer welcome to the team or. Uh Happy Birthday. Uh Michael and so on and so forth. So this makes you know building this culture of success. Uh recognizing your agents and eventually retaining them much easier and just you know puts all these. 

Uh processes on autopilot. Uh engagement we've talked about engagement training accountability and recognition. The final tab I want to show you is the Hub. So the Hub is the place where you put all your files templates. 

Suggestion to share AI Agent Store with colleagues. Marketing assets videos preferred vendor lists so whatever you want to share with your agents you can put it in one place and this will drastically decrease number of inbound inquiries like Max where do I find this link where do I find this document it's all in one place it's in the hub. 

Um you can have your. Uh structure to it so. Uh you can create any amount of sections any amount of files. Uh it just reduces the workload. 

Um for you. Um inside the Hop there's one special item called Agent marketing Suite so this is for your agents to accelerate their marketing activities it.

Includes four main components. The social media automation with 800 ready to post real estate a purpose built for real estate uh uh templates and content so attract buyers attract sellers ask for referral. So if you click on any uh category you would then get like a jazilan templates that you can choose from. 

Uh let's say I like this one I can then customize it with my uh signature. So like realtor at uh whatever the name of the brokerage I can then customize it with my color scheme. I can actually edit the content of the post. I can then um uh customize the post caption. If I don't like it I'll I'm going to generate a new one. 

Uh I can then publish it directly to my Facebook or Instagram and just a couple of clicks as a post as a real. I can schedule post ahead of time so we have a little calendar here where you can pre-program your social media posting months in advance. Forget about it and agent would be posting on your behalf so that's pretty pretty amazing. 

We also have uh um templates for listings you can't see it CU my videos here but here they are. And uh moving on there's also a Facebook ads launchers. This is to help your agents generate uh buyer and seller leads using Facebook ads. 

Uh there are like multiple type of leads to choose from. For example if I'm looking for downsizing buyer leads or renters who want to become homers I will just choose this category. The ad copy is automatically generated for me. The uh graphics is all also automatically generated for me. 

So we have 8,000 agents running ads with us so we know what ad performs best and we always give your agents the winning ad copy in the graphics. So all they need to do is to set their daily budget set duration hit publish and launch and the ad goes live for them. They don't need to figure out what the targeting settings should be they don't need to figure out anything else to just launch the ad and start receiving uh buyer or seller leads. 

Um moving on there's a listing builder. So once your agent wins the listing instead of again spending time creating uh like listing descriptions they can just go here pick free uh main selling points of the.

Property let's say amazing interior design renovate kitchen and the massive backyard. And then click and select from the property features right here. So they can select like floor plan let's say Custom Design floor plan. And then go to kitchen and say there are like Subzero appliances and uh uh custom made cabinets. And so you just click and select no typing involved. 

We would then go into the garden. We would then describe uh neighborhood local amenities transport proximity everything basically everything is included. Just to save time I'll skip through that. MLS description is generated for you. If you don't like it click of the button it will instantly give you a new variation using the same parameters you put in. So you now have an infinite amount of listing remarks for your MLS generated for you in 20 seconds time. 

Uh similarly with listing photos. So you would upload your listing photos hit order enhance and it will just make photos more visually attractive. So you get more uh showings higher offers and sell property up to 32% faster. 

Uh the final step is to create like a listing presentation. You can do it as a single property lending website that's basically a website dedicated to this one specific property with a listing address listing price. 

Uh a gallery uh key property information description a map and the payment calculator as well as your listing agent information with the contact form. All of these inquiries go directly to your agent's email. You can also do PDF file or create a social media content based on the uh uh listing photos that we have. 

And a very final one is the video suggestion to share AI Agent Store with colleagues platform that is gaining more popularity. Um if your agents want to go get into like video marketing this is a great way to start. For example I want to do the overall market update. I would just hit start hit record then I hit record here recording starts on the platform. 

I can just read out the script that is given to me like hey all Max here with exp realty today I thought we'd go over a market update for um uh San Jose. Uh over the last you can see I'm just reading off the screen the recording goes on.

Then going to add the lower. We're then going to add the intro screen and the outro screen with a call to action. As always you can publish it directly to your social media in one click or you can download the video and put it on LinkedIn, Tik Tok, anywhere where you have social media presence. 

So that's the social media. Uh that's the uh agent suggestion to share AI Agent Store with colleagues. For your agent. Uh for your agents. 

To summarize. Uh this is the agent productivity platform. With the current changes in the real estate we think 2024 will be the year where real estate will become a professionals market. So there's going to be fewer part-time weekend warriors in the market. 

So uh brokerages and teams would need to focus on building professional sales teams. Um to increase transactions and uh and volume. And this is what the platform is about. Uh engagement, training, accountability, and recognition.
