November 10 - November 18, 2025

Companies around the world are using artificial intelligence agents to do more work faster and better. These AI agents are like smart helpers that can think, make plans, and do tasks on their own. This week, many big companies launched new AI agents for business work.

One company called Deductive AI started selling AI agents that help fix computer problems. Their agents can solve problems 90% faster than people working alone. Another company, Salesforce, bought a company called Doti for a huge amount of money to add AI agents to their tools. These agents help workers find information and get answers quickly.

Kyndryl and Databricks also released new AI agent tools this week. Companies are using these AI agents in many jobs. For example, one company called Dow uses an AI agent to check thousands of shipping papers every year. The agent finds mistakes and saves workers hours of time. Banks like BlackRock use AI agents to help their workers make better decisions about money.

A study found that smart companies are using AI agents across many jobs. In just two years, three times more companies plan to use AI agents. Another company called Zeni launched an AI agent for accounting work. This shows that AI agents are becoming common tools in business around the world.
